They are Novolac resin solutions used in refractory applications. They are modified refractory resins with medium viscosity ranges. These resins have long storage lives, are easy to handle at room temperature & have high carbon yields. Self-curing and catalyst-cured grades are available. They can be used for the manufacture of Tape Hole Mass, Trough Mass, Magnesia Carbon Bricks, Slide gate refractories, alumina carbon refractories, Mud Gun mass etc.
